At Sunan.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

* You received a damaged or defective product.
* You received the wrong product.
* The product is significantly different from the description shown on our website.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

For approved refunds, the refund amount will be processed through an appropriate available payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be confirmed with the customer through WhatsApp or phone.

Exchange

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer an exchange depending on product availability.
